    to download the free app and
    create an account.

  • Set your right shoe on a flat surface.
    Tap the shoe icon in the app's upper right
    corner and follow the instructions.

  • Go to Settings, turn on Form Coaching,
    and start running to get real-time
    guidance on how to improve your form.
