By ordering products on this Website, you agree to be bound by these Exchange and Return Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not purchase from this Website.
Under Armour's Exchange and Return Terms
Your contracting party for this website is UA Sports (S.E.A) Pte. Ltd. (“UA”). UA Sports (S.E.A) Pte Ltd, is a franchisee of Under Armour, Inc., and operates the franchise on-line brand store of Under Armour in Malaysia.
Under Armour's Return Policy
Because we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience with us, you will be able to return your purchase(s) made at underarmour.com.my within 14 days of receipt of your order for a full refund. Please call our customer service agents to find out how to process your returns.
Please be informed that for items bought during flash sales and promotions, they will not be eligible for returns and refunds.
Under Armour’s Exchange Policy
UnderArmour.com.my does not exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order. It is only possible to obtain a refund on returns when the return is in line with our return policy.
Damaged and Defective Products
For Under Armour, quality is paramount. Under Armour had thoroughly tested all products in real-life conditions to ensure they are fully capable of standing up to their use for which they were designed. It is extremely rare for Under Armour products to be damaged or defective.
Returned products are inspected by our Quality Assurance Department. If there is any damage to the product as a result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications, we undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.
If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you. We do not refund products:
Eligibility of Return
1. Return process must be initiated within 14 days of order receipt.
2. Items should not be worn and should be in its original packaging.
3. Clothing and footwear returns will only be accepted if the original label/hangtag has not been detached or removed.
4. Headwear, undergarments (Boxer/jocks, panty and thongs) are not exchangeable, returnable or refundable

The length of time your return is in transit is beyond our control, although once we do receive your return we will process your request as quickly as possible. We therefore require you to allow us at least 14 days to receive and process your return. Although Under Armour will refund you your purchase price within 2 days after processing your return, your bank or credit card company may require additional period of time to process your refund and for the refund to be reflected in your account. If you do not receive your refund within 21 days, please contact our Customer Service team to check on the status of our refund.
We will refund full purchase price of the relevant product(s) returned to us excluding shipping charges (if any). Refunds will be given in the same form as the payment for the original purchase.
