I've worn this to the gym a few times and it does not stay in place and slips back and sometimes nearly off my head. Initially, I loved the wider band and less snug fit than the more narrow headbands UA use to sell. The narrow headbands had a snug fit and a sticky side to ensure they stayed in place and they did. I would not purchase this item again.
